Thank you for Supporting our 2023 Charity Golf Tournament!
From all of us at Red String, we say a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to everyone who made our first “Swing for String" charity golf tournament a major success! We couldn’t have asked for better weather, or a better group of golfers, donors, sponsors and volunteers to help bring this event to life. Our golf tournament and auction raised over $8,500 of important funds for the foundation.
Because our leadership underwrites the foundation's expenses, 100 percent of the funds raised goes toward providing grants to local charities working with under-served youth to improve educational outcomes, assisting low-income families reach self-sufficiency, and caring for home-bound elderly persons.
This was the first time planning, preparing, and hosting our very own golf tournament. The preparations for the event started in July, and along the way, a lot of sweat equity was put in by our amazing team, friends, and volunteers to make it happen. We like to extend our gratitude to the management at Meadowlark Golf Club for their hospitality and expert assistance in hosting our tournament. Lastly, and most of all, we can't thank each of you enough for coming out and taking part of our tournament, and in so doing, becoming such an important part of our story.
