Red String Foundation's 990-PF tax returns

As a private foundation, Red String Foundation files a Form 990-PF each year with the Internal Revenue Service. This tax return provides detailed financial data, a complete list of grants awarded, and other information about our activities. The Form 990-PF provides a way for interested parties to quickly review the business operations of a grant-making foundation and assess how its resources are being directed. It typically contains information such as total amount of grants paid out by the foundation; a list of officers, directors, trustees and managers; compensation rates for the foundation’s highest paid employees; and administrative costs associated with foundation operations.
